Chapter 10
Chapter 10
Maurice was working the night train.
On the seat next to him, a man wearing a motorcycle helmet was tightly wrapped up, wearing a lot of scarves, coats, trousers and boots.
The only thing special is that this man is strapped to the seat.
This is how Morris dealt with the zombie Gorno.I don't know what happened to the other zombies, but at least Gorno was quite honest, occasionally struggling a few times, and remaining quiet the rest of the time.
Of course, this is also due to the fact that Morris never gets close to the crowd, drives in a rather Russian style-he has been led by Gorno at this point-and only in places where there are zombie groups but no living people Stop for food.
Fresh food was basically gone. Fortunately, Maurice didn't pick anything when he was hungry, so he stuffed it indiscriminately and continued on his way.
It was the first time for him to travel day and night like this. After watching Gorno turn into a zombie, he felt very panicked, thinking that if he didn't hurry up, he might not even see his father's body.
Maurice's father is a workaholic and is away from home all year round, but he never neglects his son because of this. After holding a meeting, I felt that the pen was easy to write, so I immediately called the secretary to order a box for my son; when I saw an interesting movie poster, I immediately called to remind my son to watch the movie; Canada, anyway, is rich, and my son eats a lot... All the secretaries will be required to memorize a document as soon as they start their jobs. The young master's shoe size and clothing model preferences are always kept in mind. Every time the young master's birthday or important game day I have to help the president adjust the schedule to squeeze time, and be sure to not be absent on every important day.
Such a workaholic and child-controlling father is more beloved by Morris than his mother who travels all over the world to study plants and returns home once a year or two, not to mention that he is Morris' only relative after his mother's death.
Within a day, Morris arrived near Los Angeles.
He went to a cinema first, locked Gorno in, hesitated when he left, and didn't drive away the other zombies in the auditorium, but just wanted to find something to lock the door more firmly after going out.
In just a few days, Morris had learned a lot about the habits of the zombies, including where they preferred to stay and what their usual behavior patterns were.
Zombies are very "nostalgic". The place where they were first zombified was their daily activities. Although they will go to distant places in groups from time to time, it is speculated that they will go back after a period of time. The evidence is Zombies appearing in a certain place are always dressed according to the people who usually appear there.
This theater is of course far away from the place where Gorno zombified, but there is a lot of blood in the screening hall and there are a few zombie friends. If he closes the door, he should be able to start a new life inside.
There were a lot of zombies in the theater, and the food and drinks were far away from the movie theater Morris had chosen. No one would think about going to this theater to hurt Gorno or be hurt by Gorno.
Morris found a long iron chain and a large brass lock, and walked back to Hall 7 with satisfaction, preparing to lock the last door leading to the outside of the projection hall.
As a result, he saw Gorno actually pushed open the door and came out, and when he saw himself, he walked over quickly.
Even though he knew how unattractive he was to zombies, Morris was still a little nervous seeing this scene.
However, he took the courage to snatch the potato chips from the zombies (because the guy happened to be holding the last tube of pickle-flavored potato chips that Morris liked most for some unknown reason), and stood still.
Sure enough, Gorno stopped not far in front of Morris and let out a broken roar.
For some reason, Maurice felt as if he knew what he meant.
——There's no one here, let's go back.
"You spattered my face with saliva," Maurice said impassively.
"Roar?"
"If it weren't for my bad sense of smell, you would have been kicked out of the car by me, okay? It stinks."
Gorno cocked his mouth and shook his arms foolishly.
"Don't understand? I thought you had evolved IQ..." Morris gave up communicating with Gorno, and dragged the rope in front of Gorno.
Then, just like when he came, Morris grabbed one end of the rope and tied the other end around Gorno's neck. He dragged the big zombie, which was more than a head taller than himself, back to the screening room like a dog.
Maurice pressed Gorno on the seat, and then wanted to leave.
After walking a few steps, he found Gorno following him again.
He pressed Gorno for the second time, trying to tie him to the back of the chair.
Gorno seemed to realize that this would restrict his movement, and began to struggle.
Then he was slapped several times by Morris.
It's not Morris' fault, it's mainly because the kidnappers usually deal with uncooperative hostages in the movies he watched before, and they did it subconsciously.
Gorno didn't know if it was because he was afraid that the loosened flesh would fall, or more likely because he couldn't process the information contained in this strange behavior, but he was honest and let Morris tie him up .
Morris continued his work of locking the door. After locking it, he drove to the outside of the city according to the original plan to continue searching for his father who might still be alive.
In the projection hall, Gorno broke free from the loosely tied rope and began to knock on the door.
He indistinctly uttered several syllables that were different from the zombie's instinctive roar.
If someone familiar with Russian is there, maybe they can hear it.
Those few syllables, like——
don't go.
The author has something to say:

Scene [-] Zombie VS meeting parents
Maurice's father: Son, didn't you say you met a German shepherd without an owner?
Maurice: Oh, he went to the author to pick up a lunch box.
Maurice's Dad: And what about the dog?
Morris: My golden retriever will be your son-in-law in the future.
Scene [-] about lines
Maurice: Why are you talking so quickly...
Gorno: I don't know, the author asked for it.
Morris: Then why don't you speak English.
Gorno: I don't remember...
Maurice: I always think you want to say "come back".
Gorno: Yes.
Maurice: Then why did you say "don't go"...
Gorno: The author refuses.
Qumei: Don't be kidding, what did you say "come back" as a zombie! Is it amazing to be able to vibrato? !I will not!Rotten tongue!Be careful that my tongue breaks off when I let you kiss him!
Maurice: ...he is a Russian, and it is normal for him to vibrate, is it really okay to vent his anger like this...
Gorno: Don't argue with children...
Qumei: Who is a child! You are only a few years older than me or I set it up!Besides, I set you up as a high school student!
Gorno: As long as you are happy...
Maurice: Seven years old, no more.
Qumei: Get rolling!Dystocia! It hurts to death!
(Grandpa Qu, who was watching the screen, said: Is it really interesting to quarrel with yourself?)
